Women’s Weekend Retreat

July 14-16, August 4-6

A weekend of fun and relaxation in Western Maine. We'll hike up Pleasant Mountain where we will have incredible views of the local area and Mount Washington in the distance. Yoga, meditation, and paddling will be sprinkled in, along with great food and new friends!

We’ll arrive Friday and settle in to our campsite. We’ll prepare dinner while you set up tents, and after dinner we can go for a calm sunset paddle on Moose Pond. You’ll most likely meet Katie, a dear friend of mine who owns the campground. If you bring your own paddle craft, that’s great! Katie also has some for us to borrow.

Saturday morning is usually an early rise day. After breakfast, we’ll start the day with a customized yoga session, led by Mary of Chillosophy Yoga. Plan for a 3 hour hike up Pleasant Mountain, with multiple spots to stop and take in the views of Western Maine. We can end the day with yoga, meditation, or paddling - group decision!

Our last morning together will kick off with another yoga session, breakfast, and campsite deconstruction. Our hope is that you’ll take the feelings of stress-free peace and happiness from this weekend into your coming weeks.

~All meals will be provided. Various drinks as well

~Campsite fees for two night stay, incl. firewood

~Canoe, kayak, and SUP rentals

~Registered Maine Guide for hiking and paddling

~Accredited Yogi for yoga and meditation
